激光图像技术在苹果品质分级中的研究进展

Research progress in apple grading using laser light imaging technology

  • 摘要: 激光具有分析苹果理化特性的能力,激光技术也因此在苹果无损检测领域逐渐成为了热门研究课题。本文简述了激光漫反射图像技术检测苹果内部品质的原理,并介绍了苹果果面激光漫反射图像采集系统的组成。总结了国内外激光漫反射图像技术在检测苹果内部品质和对苹果外部品质分级指标如苹果的颜色、表面损伤,以及内部腐烂情况的研究进展,并分析了影响激光漫反射图像技术的检测苹果内部品质的主要因素。同时,重点介绍了近年来研究者在对多个适合的激光工作的选择和优化,入射角等采集参数的优化,利用不同算法进行图像噪声去除,苹果大小和形状的修正,探索更有效的建模信息源等方面工作的相关进展。 

     

    Abstract: Laser can analyze the physical and chemical characteristics of apple, so laser technology has become a hot research topic in the field of apple nondestructive detection.This paper described the theory how to detect apples’internal quality with diffuse reflection of laser technology, and introduced the composition of image acquisition platform which collects the images formed on the surface of apples.This paper summarized the apples’internal and external quality indicators, such as the decay of apples’internal and the color, surface damage of apples, which used diffuse reflection of laser technology.At the same time, we focused on the development of selecting and optimizing the lasers, and optimizing the angles, and choosing different algorithms for image noise removal, and amending apples’size and shape, and probing more effective information for modeling.
