抑制牛乳房炎嗜酸乳杆菌的筛选和抑菌物质的研究

  • 摘要: 牛乳房炎是造成重大经济损失的疾病之一,通过6株嗜酸乳杆菌对4株导致牛乳房炎的致病菌进行细菌素、H2O2等各种因素的抑菌实验,阐述了各个乳酸菌的抑菌能力以及影响其抑菌能力的主要抑菌物质,结果发现:6株乳酸菌普遍对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果显著,其中嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM(H7)上清液对4株致病菌抑菌效果最好,KLDSAD3(H6)细菌素对无乳链球菌抑制效果最好,KLDSL6(H3)细菌素对乳房链球菌、大肠杆菌抑菌能力最强,且其H2O2对乳房链球菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性较强,KLDSAD2(H5)细菌素对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最好,其中L6(H3)抑菌活性物质耐热能力较强,AD2(H5)抑菌活性物质热敏性很强,而且这些抑菌活性物质只有在酸性条件下才具有更强的抑菌活力。 

     

    Abstract: Bovine mastitis is one of the diseases which can cause heavy economic losses.In this paper, the antibacterial experiment, which included various kinds of factors, such as bacteriocin, H2O2, showed the antibacterial capacity of 6 strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus and its antibacterial material.It was showed that 6 strains of lactic acid bacteria had great antibacterial ability on Staphylococcus aureus, Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM (H7) acellular supernatant fluid had the strongest antibacterial capacity to 4 strains of pathogenic bacteria which could cause bovine mastitis;bacteriocin produced from KLDS AD3 (H6) had the best inhibitory effect to Streptococcus agalactiae, bacteriocin produced from KLDS L6 (H3) had the best inhibitory effect to Streptococcus uberis and Escherichia coli, and its H2O2 had great antibacterial impact on Streptococcus uberis, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, bacteriocin produced from KLDS AD2 (H5) also had the best inhibitory effect to Staphylococcus aureus.L6 (H3) bacteriostatic active macterial had great heat-resisting capacity, however, AD2 (H5) bacteriostatic active macterial had great thermal sensitivity.These substances had better antibacterial activity in acidic conditions.
