碱性H2O2预处理棉籽壳酶法生产低聚木糖的研究

  • 摘要: 以棉籽壳为原料,研究了碱性H2O2预处理的影响因素及预处理后酶水解的最适条件。以棉籽壳为原料,碱性H2O2浓度2.5%,30℃条件下处理时间12~14h,在此条件下预处理得到的棉籽壳木聚糖含量31.7%。利用木聚糖酶降解木聚糖制备低聚木糖,确立了最佳酶解工艺条件为:在固液比1:15的浓度下,加酶量3%,50℃酶解24h时,棉籽壳的木聚糖提取率和水解率为18.3%和57.8%。 

     

    Abstract: In this thesis, cottonseed husk as raw material, the basic effect of alkaline pretreatment of H2O2 preconditioning factors and after pretreatment of enzymatic hydrolysis conditions for optimum were studied. Alkaline concentration of H2O2 2.5%, 30℃ processing time 12~14h, under this condition 31.7% cottonseed husk xylan content was obtained. At last, the optimum enzymolysis conditions were established:the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶15 concentration, enzyme amount 3%, 50℃ for 24h, cottonseed husk xylan extraction rate and the rate of hydrolysis were 18.3% and 57.8%.
