高聚物萃取分光光度法测定茶多酚含量的研究

  • 摘要: 利用水溶性高聚物的水溶液在无机盐存在下可分成两相的特点,将茶多酚转至高聚物相,加入三羟甲基氨基甲烷,调节溶液pH8,以酒石酸亚铁为显色剂,用分光光度法测定茶饮料中的茶多酚含量。结果显示,茶多酚在0.0040.4mmol·L-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系。其相关系数R2=0.9999,加标回收率为92.4%103.5%,该方法检测快速、准确、无毒,而且易于操作。 

     

    Abstract: Make use of the trait of aqueous polymer could separated two phases with solution in the presence of inorganic salt, tae-polyphenol was transferred polymer phase. In an Tris buffer medium of pH8, the content of tae-polyphenol was determined with Spectrophotometer. Good linear relationships was obtained in the range of 0.0040.4mmol·L-1 of tae-polyphenol per milliliter of solution (R2 =0.9999) , and recoveries were found in the range of 92.4%103.5%. The method was quick, accurate and handled easily.
