利用海螵蛸制备乳酸钙的工艺条件优化

Optimization of technology conditions in preparation of calcium lactate from cuttlefish bone

  • 摘要: 海螵鞘含钙量丰富,是一种很好的钙源。为合理开发利用海螵鞘,以海螵鞘为原料,通过单因素和正交实验研究了用海螵鞘制备乳酸钙的工艺条件,并对其进行了工艺优化。结果表明,在温度80℃,85%乳酸4.34mL,反应时间80min条件下,2.50g海螵鞘粉末经反应,蒸发,结晶,洗涤,烘干得到白色乳酸钙结晶体质量最大,钙提取率达到85.24%。 

     

    Abstract: Cuttlefish bone is rich in calcium and it is a good kind of calcium resource.To develop and make reasonable use of cuttlefish bone, the optimal technology conditions of preparation of calcium lactate from cuttlefish bone and lactic acid was studied by using single-factor and orthogonal test. The result showed:in the condition of temperature 80℃, 85% lactic acid quantity 4.34mL and reaction time 80min, the mass of white calcium lactate crystal was the largest from 2.50g cuttlefish bone powder after reaction, evaporation, crystallization, washing and drying. The calcium extraction yield was 85.24%.
