果蔬运输振动损伤及其减振包装设计

Vibration damage and anti-vibration packaging of fruits and vegetables during transportation

  • 摘要: 水果和蔬菜容易在运输的过程中承受静载、振动、挤压和冲击而造成损伤和品质下降。振动是引起果蔬运输损伤的主要原因。将缓冲材料应用于果蔬包装,可以减轻果蔬采后运输过程的振动,大大降低损耗。本文综述了国内外果蔬采后减振的研究进展,主要论述了振动损伤、缓冲材料的类型及减振作用、模拟振动实验和减振包装设计。 

     

    Abstract: Due to static pressure, vibration, compression and impact during transportation, fruits and vegetables are easily damaged, leading to quality deterioration. Vibration is the main cause of transport damage. The injury and quality loss can be greatly reduced when cushion materials are applied to anti-vibration packaging of fruits and vegetables. This paper described the research advances in anti-vibration for post-harvest fruits and vegetables, including vibrating damage, styles and anti-vibration function of cushion materials, simulation test of vibration and anti-vibration packaging design.
