Study on ultrasound-assisted extraction of pectin from lemon peel by using response surface method

  • 摘要: 利用响应曲面法优化超声波辅助提取柠檬皮渣果胶的工艺条件,采用Box-Behnken设计实验方案,以pH、液料比、提取时间为影响因素,以果胶提取率为响应值,通过响应面分析法得到柠檬皮渣果胶的提取条件:pH为1.0,液料比为20∶1,提取时间为50min。此条件下的5次平行实验柠檬皮渣果胶粗产品提取率平均值为26.45%,实际测定值与理论计算值能够很好地吻合。 

     

    Abstract: Response surface method was used to optimize the technological conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction of pectin from lemon peel slag.Employ Box-Behnken experimental design, pH, extraction time and ratio of material/water as the running parameter, the yield of pectin as the response value.Experimental results showed that when pH value was 1.0, ratio of solvent to material was 20:1, extraction time was 50min, the extraction efficiency reached the maximum and the average extraction efficiency was 26.45% for 5 times of parallel experiments, which was in agreement with the calculated value.
