  • 摘要: L-抗坏血酸酯类衍生物种类很多,功能不尽相同,其广泛应用于医药、饲料、食品等领域。文章综述了近年来L-抗坏血酸酯类衍生物的应用现状,重点介绍了酯类衍生物合成的研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: L-ascorbic acid esters derivatives have many kinds, and each has different function, that could be used in medicine, feed and food.The recent application of L-ascorbic acid esters derivatives was summarized, the research progress in the synthesis of esters derivatives was introduced emphatically, and the development prospects was forecasted.
