葵花籽粕多肽的提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction process of polypeptide from the sunflower seed meals

  • 摘要: 以物理取油后的葵花籽粕为原料,用中性蛋白酶进行酶解,研究了葵花籽多肽的直接酶提工艺。在单因素的基础上,选定料液比、酶用量和酶解时间三个因素的三个水平进行正交实验,通过直观分析和方差分析得到最优组合条件。研究结果表明,当提取工艺为料液比1:45,酶用量4%,提取时间4h时,多肽得率达到极大值。该条件下多肽的得率达到10.042%。 

     

    Abstract: The raw material was the sunflower seed meal which the oil was expressed in physical method.The direct extraction of polypeptide from the sunflower seed meals was studied by using the neutral protease for enzyme solution.According to the single-factor experiments, three levels of the factors (extraction time, enzyme dosage, and the ratio of buffer solution to material) were selected for orthogonal experiment to find the optimal combination conditions by the intuitive analysis and variance analysis.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:1:45 of buffer solution-material ratio, 4% of enzyme dosage, 4h of extraction time, under which the highest yield of polypeptide reached a maximum value.The yield of the polypeptide achieved 10.042%.
