动物组织中呋喃它酮代谢物快速检测试纸条的研制

  • 摘要: 介绍了检测动物组织中呋喃它酮代谢物的胶体金试纸条的研制方法,主要包括胶体金标记物的制备并冻干成微孔试剂,样品吸收垫和反应膜的制备,试纸条的组装等研究步骤,所研制出的呋喃它酮代谢物快速检测胶体金试纸条对动物组织的最低检测限为1.0μg/kg,检测时间短,试纸条特异性好、假阳性率不高于5%、假阴性率为0,可应用于动物组织中呋喃它酮代谢物的快速检测和现场筛查,具有较高的市场应用前景。 

     

    Abstract: A method for rapid detection strip of furaltadone metabolite (AMOZ) by gold immunochromatographic assay was developed. Steps were involved in the process of the preparation of the strip, including colloidal gold markers of preparation and freeze into microporous reagents, sample absorption cushion and the reaction film preparation, installation of the strip. The results showed that the detection limit was 1.0μg/kg in animal tissue, and the test time was short. The strip had good specificity. The false positive rate was less than 5%, and the false negative rate was 0. The colloidal gold strip was applied for rapid detection and screening of AMOZ residues in animal tissue.
