超声波协同乙醇-磷酸氢二钾双水相体系萃取密蒙花黄色素

Study on extraction of buddleia yellow from Buddleja officinalis Maxim with ultrasound-assisted synergism ethanol-dipotassium phosphate two-phase

  • 摘要: 研究超声波耦合乙醇-磷酸氢二钾双水相萃取技术用于提取密蒙花黄色素,通过正交实验考察了乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声波功率对提取率的影响。结果表明,影响密蒙黄提取率的因素显著性顺序为乙醇浓度>超声波功率>超声时间,最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度50%、超声提取时间20min、超声波功率500W;在此工艺条件下,密蒙黄的萃取率达到27.11%。 

     

    Abstract: The buddleia yellow in flowers of Buddleja officinalis Maxim was extracted with ethanol-dipotassium phosphate two-phase system synergism ultrasound-assisted extraction technology.The effect of ultrasound power, extraction time and ethanol concentration on the yield of buddleia yellow were studied by using orthogonal tests.The results showed that significant order of factors affecting the extraction rate was ethanol concentration>ultrasonic power>ultrasonic time.The best extraction conditions as follows:ethanol concentration was 50%, ultrasonic extraction time was 20min and ultrasonic power was 500W.Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of buddleia yellow was 27.11%.
