  • 摘要: 为了充分利用蓝莓叶这一丰富资源,本文用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对蓝莓叶多酚纯化条件进行研究。以没食子酸为标准品,采用福林酚法测定蓝莓叶中多酚的含量;并通过动态吸附解吸实验,考察上样液浓度、吸附流速、解吸液浓度、解吸流速等因素对吸附率和解吸率的影响。实验结果表明,AB-8型大孔树脂对蓝莓叶多酚的优化吸附条件:上样溶液浓度为1mg/mL,吸附流速为1mL/min,上样时出现泄漏的体积为150mL;解吸流速为1mL/min,5倍柱床体积的50%乙醇作为洗脱液;蓝莓叶多酚的纯度为74.16%,回收率为85.47%。 

     

    Abstract: The purification process of AB-8 macroporous resin to blueberry leaves polyphenols were studied in order to make full use of the abundant resources of blueberry leaves.In this paper, gallic acid was used as the standard, polyphenols contents of extracts in blueberry leaves were determined using Folin-Ciocalteu method.By using the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiment, the effect of sample concentration, adsorption flow velocity, the desorption solution concentration, desorption flow velocity were investigated.The result showed that the flow rate of absorption was 1mL/min, the sample solution concentration was 1mg/mL, and the sample of the leak volume was 150mL.The flow rate of desorption was 1mL/min.The elution solvent was 5BV (bed volume) 50% ethanol.The purity and recovery rate were 74.16%, 85.47% respectively.
