姜黄素和壳聚糖配伍的减肥降脂效应研究

  • 摘要: 采用生长期大鼠,喂养高脂饲料,同时灌胃给药9周,测量大鼠体重增量、血脂及脂肪排泄等指标,考察姜黄素和壳聚糖单用及联用对大鼠体重增加的抑制效应;并且采用食源性肥胖大鼠模型,灌胃给药4周,测量肥胖大鼠的体重减轻、血脂含量、脂肪含量等指标,考察姜黄素和壳聚糖单用及联用对肥胖大鼠的减脂和减肥的效应。结果发现,姜黄素和壳聚糖联用能够显著抑制正常大鼠在高脂饲料喂养下的体重增加,并能够有效的降低肥胖大鼠的体重和脂肪含量,促进大鼠脂肪的消耗,其效果要优于活性物质单独使用,且有较好的量效关系。本研究证实,姜黄素和壳聚糖能够起到协同增效的减肥降脂效果。 

     

    Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the anti-obesity effect of chitosan and curcumin at their single and combined formulation on normal and obese rats, and further clarify the mechanism of action.For the body weight inhibition study, five groups of 10 young male rats were given intragastrically with water, chitosan, curcumin, low and high dosage of the combined drugs, feeding with high-fat diet, for nine weeks.Body weight, blood fat, the amount of faeces and their lipid content were measured at the end to evaluate the body weight increase inhibition effect of drugs.The weight increase inhibition had been significantly found in the CH +CU groups since 3 weeks.Food intake was similar in all five groups.Faeces and Faecal lipid were significantly higher in the CH+CU groups while blood fat was lower.For the anti-obesity study, obese rat got by feeding high fat diet were divided randomly into 5 groups and given intragastrically with same drugs for 4 weeks.The weight decrease, blood fat and fat tissue content were test at the end of test.Under both chitosan and curcumin possess trifle anti-obesity effect, the CH +CU had best effect, and high dose has better effect than the low dose.It could be concluded that chitosan and curcumin had better anti-obesity effect at the combined formulation using.
