二次回归正交法优化杨梅箱式气调保鲜工艺的研究

  • 摘要: 结合杨梅气调贮运保鲜箱,采用二元二次回归正交法,筛选杨梅气调保鲜较适宜的气调参数。实验结果表明,填充12%O2+6%CO2的初始气体,可以很好地抑制冷藏过程中的杨梅呼吸强度,从而延缓呼吸损耗,降低膜脂过氧化作用水平,使其在20d内保持较好的生理品质。 

     

    Abstract: A quadratic orthogonal rotating combination design was employed to optimize the Box-MAP storage condition of waxberry.The result showed that, 12%O2+6%CO2 was the best condition in which inhibited respiration rate and cell membrane lipid peroxidation of waxberries were restrained, and the physiological quality was kept well in 20 days.
