八角茴香天然活性成分最新研究进展

Research progress in natural active components of Illicium verum Hook.f.

  • 摘要: 八角茴香营养成分丰富,主要含有挥发性成分,有机酸、黄酮类、糖苷类、三萜类、无机离子等多种生理活性物质,具有较高的药用价值。对八角茴香的保健功能、天然活性成分及其提取测定等方面的研究作了归纳与论述,为八角茴香在食品和医药上的进一步研究开发提供理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: Illicium verum Hook.f.has high medical value because it contains plenty of physiologyically active compounds including volatile components, organicacid, flavonoids, glycosides, triterpenes, inorganic ions, etc.This article induced and dicussed health function, natural active components, extraction and determinations of Illicium verum Hook.f.It provided theoretical basis for research and development of Illicium Verum Hook.f.in food and medicine.
