氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极快速检测香菇中多菌灵

Fast determination of carbendazim in lentinulaedodes by graphene oxide modified glass carbon electrode

  • 摘要: 制备了氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极,并用电化学阻抗谱对修饰电极进行表征。利用循环伏安法研究了多菌灵的电化学行为,用差分脉冲伏安法对香菇中多菌灵的含量进行了测定。实验结果表明,多菌灵在修饰电极上出现了一个不可逆氧化峰,多菌灵浓度在1~100μmol/L范围内,差分脉冲伏安法的氧化峰电流与多菌灵浓度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.5μmol/L。该方法简便、快捷、灵敏度高,可用于检测香菇中多菌灵含量。 

     

    Abstract: The electrode modified with graphene oxide was prepared and characterized by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) .Electrochemical behaviors of carbendazim on the modified electrode were investigated by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) .Content of carbendazim in solution was determined by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) .It was found that an irreversible oxidation peak was observed for carbendazim.The modified electrode showed a good linear current response for carbendazim in the range from 1 to 100μmol/L by differential pulse voltammetry with a detection limit of 0.5μmol/L.The method of electrochemical determination of carbendazim in lentinulaedodes was established, which was simple, fast and sensitive.
