苦瓜多糖的抗氧化活性与降血糖作用相关性研究

摘要: 采用DEAE-32及葡聚糖凝胶G-75柱层析获得了具有抗氧化活性的苦瓜多糖组分,通过饲喂四氧嘧啶构建小鼠糖尿病模型,探讨了苦瓜多糖的抗氧化活性与降血糖作用的相关性。结果表明,纯化后的苦瓜多糖在20mg/mL时对羟自由基(.OH)清除率可达82%。随着苦瓜多糖体内抗氧化活性增加,其对小鼠血糖升高抑制作用也显著增强,当多糖浓度达到250mg/kg时,降糖效果与格列本脲相同。Abstract: The purification and functional properties of soluble momordia polysaccharide were studied by DEAE-cellulose DE-32, Sephodex G-75 glucan gel column chromatography.The correlation between momoridca polysaccharides' antioxdiant activity and its lowering blood glucose was also researched.The clearance rate of ·OH was comparable 82% with 20mg/mL momordica polysacharide.The ratio of scavenging ·OH increased with enchancing activity of lowering glucose.It showed that momordica polysaccharides could make blood glucose below and increase the content of hepatic glycogen significantly at the dose of 250mg/kg.
