金刚果皮色素的提取及抗氧化活性的研究

Study on the extraction and antioxidant activity of Smilax china L.peel pigment

  • 摘要: 以金刚果皮为原料,通过单因素实验和正交实验,对金刚果皮色素提取条件进行研究。结果表明色素提取的最佳条件为:提取温度60℃,提取时间1h,提取液料比30:1(mL:g)。另外采用DPPH法、Marklund法、邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法及铁氰化钾还原法测定其抗氧化活性,同时与合成抗氧化剂BHT和VC对比。结果证明:该色素具有较强的抗氧化活性,在浓度为0.4μg/mL及2μg/mL时与同浓度的合成抗氧化剂抗氧化活性相当(p<0.05)。 

     

    Abstract: The single factors and orthogonal test were designed to study the condition of extracting pigment from the peel of Smilax china L..The results showed that the best extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature was at 60℃, extraction time was 1h, and ratio of liquid to solid was 30:1 (mL:g) .Compared with the synthetic antioxidants BHT and VC, the antioxidant ability of Smilax china L.was evaluated in four different assays, namely, the 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, the Marklund, the 1, 10-phenanthroline-Fe2+ oxidative and the potassium ferricyanide reduction methods tests.It suggested that the peel pigment had a good antioxidant capacity and was similar to the synthetic antioxidant with the same concentration of 0.4μg/mL and 2μg/mL (p<0.05) .
