酵母来源血管紧张素转移酶抑制六肽性质研究

Study on properties of Angiotensin-i-converting enzyme inhibitory hexapeptide derived from yeast

  • 摘要: 对具有良好ACE抑制效果的酵母来源ACE抑制六肽(TPTQQS)进行了性质研究。建立了TPTQQS的RP-HPLC的检测方法,并考察了其热稳定性及抗消化性能。结果证实,以含0.05%TFA的超纯水为流动相对TPTQQS进行分析,该方法具有良好的精密度及准确度,能够对TPTQQS进行定性及定量分析,该方法的平均加样回收率为99.08%。在该检测条件下研究该六肽的热稳定性及抗消化性能,结果证实,该多肽在37~60℃下具有良好的热稳定性,并且能够有效抵抗胃肠道蛋白酶的消化。 

     

    Abstract: The properties of an ACE-inhibitory hexapeptide (TPTQQS) from yeast were investigated.RP-HPLC determination method was established.The results showed that TPTQQS could be qualitative and quantitative analysis by RP-HPLC, when water contained 0.05% TFA was used as mobile phase.The RP-HPLC method showed good precision and accuracy, and the recovery rate of TPTQQS was 99.08%.In this determination condition, thermal stability and anti-digestion were researched.The results showed that TPTQQS demonstrated good thermal stability at 37~60℃, and could resist digestion of gastrointestinal tract proteases.
