理化因素对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基能力的影响研究

  • 摘要: 本文从板栗花雄花序中提取黄酮类化合物,采用紫外分光光度法研究理化因素对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基能力的影响。结果表明:自然光对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力有影响;温度对其影响不明显;在pH3~5的弱酸性条件下清除DPPH自由基的能力较高,在强酸强碱溶液中清除DPPH自由基的能力较低;金属离子Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+对其清除DPPH自由基能力的影响不明显,Al3+影响较明显。 

     

    Abstract: The influence of physical and chemical factors to flavonoid extracted from the male chestnut flowers's scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was studied by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the natural light had influence to flavonoid extracted from the male chestnut flowers's scavenging ability to DPPH free radical.The effect of temperature was not obvious.The scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was superior in the acidic condition of pH3~5, and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was lower in the strong acid and alkali solution.The effect of metal ions, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+on scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was not obvious.But the effect of Al 3+ was obvious.
