超高压液相色谱质谱联用法检测磷脂酰胆碱

Method of UPLC-MS/MS about phosphatidylcholine detection

  • 摘要: 采用超高压液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)(配有电喷雾离子源)法检测磷脂酰胆碱(PC),先使用气相色谱分析可能包含的PC分子种类,再根据气相色谱分析结果,UPLC-MS/MS进行准确的定性和定量。UPLC的流动相:A相为水,B相为乙腈∶甲醇=5∶5,A∶B=10∶90,流速为0.4mL/min,PC大约在4min时出峰。最低检出限为1μg/L,相关系数为0.99936,加标回收率为95.6%98.4%。 

     

    Abstract: The phosphatidylcholine was detected with UPLC-MS/MS (equipped with electrospray ionization source) . Gas chromatography (GC) was used to analysis PC molecular species, according to the results of GC, and then UPLC-MS/MS be used to accurate qualitative and quantitative. The mobile phase of UPLC:A, water. B, acetonitrile∶methanol=5∶5, A∶B=10∶90, had flow rate of 0.4mL/min. Under this condition, the retention time of PC was about 4min. The regression coefficient was 0.99936 and the limit of detection was 1μg/L. The recovery was in the range of 95.6%98.4%.
