维药材小檗果提取物的体外抑菌实验研究

Study on the antibacterial effect of extracts from Fructus berberis in vitro

  • 摘要: 观察小檗果不同极性提取物的体外抑菌活性。采用微孔板法和对倍稀释法研究小檗果不同极性提取物对变异链球菌和大肠杆菌生长及其生物膜形成的影响。结果显示,乙醇、水、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物对变异链球菌生物膜的形成有一定抑制作用,其中乙醇和水提取物抑制作用很强;乙酸乙酯提取物对大肠杆菌的生长有一定抑制作用,正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、氯仿提取物对大肠杆菌生物膜的形成有一定抑制作用,其中氯仿提取物的抑制活性最强。小檗果含有有效抑制供试菌生长及其生物膜形成的活性成分,值得进一步研究开发。 

     

    Abstract: To study the antibacterial activity of the extracts with different solvent from Fructus berberis. Microwell plate method and double dilution method were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extracts of Fructus berberis against streptococcus mutans and Escherichia coli. The results showed that the ethanol extrac, water extract, ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract could inhibit the formation of biofilm of stretopcoccus mutans. The ethyl acetate extract had certain inhibition on the growth of Escherichia coli. The n-butanol extract, ethyl acetate extract and chloroform extract could inhibit the formation of biofilm of Escherichia coli, especially chloroform extract showed the obviously antibacterial activity. Fructus berberis had obvious antibacterial activity composition and were worth further studying.
