Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Dairy Technology Courses

  • With the economic development and people's needs, China's dairy industry has developed rapidly. China has become one of the largest dairy markets in the world. As a core backbone course of dairy major, the Dairy Technology course has to carry out ideological and political education when the state advocates to start the new engineering construction and ideological and political education. Taking the ideological and political education in Dairy Technology course of Northeast Agricultural University for example, this paper introduces the design ideas and specific teaching reform content of ideological and political education. It also provides a reference for ideological and political education construction in dairy related majors courses.
