条浒苔中铝的化学形态分析

Speciation analysis of aluminum in Enteromorpha clathrata

  • 摘要: 为了探究条浒苔中不同形态铝的含量,利用6种溶剂对条浒苔中不同形态的铝进行了单一浸提,并对6种浸提液的浸提条件进行优化。结果显示,其优化浸提参数为1.0 mol/L氯化钾溶液浸提4 h、0.8 mol/L醋酸铵浸提液浸提8 h、0.1 mol/L柠檬酸三铵溶液浸提8 h、水浸提8 h、1.0 mol/L盐酸溶液浸提8 h、1.0 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸提8 h。此条件下,条浒苔中的活性铝总含量为(85±3.9)mg/kg,占总铝量的6.71%;不易被人体吸收的稳定态有机铝总含量为(1181±24.7)mg/kg,占总铝量的93.29%。本研究为科学评价条浒苔中铝的食用安全性提供了参考。 

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the content of different forms of aluminum in Enteromorpha clathrata, six kinds of chemical reagents were used for the extraction, and the extraction conditions of these solutions were optimized.The results showed that the optimized extraction parameters were 1.0 mol/L KCl extracting for 4 h, 0.8 mol/L NH4 Ac extracting for 8 h, 0.1 mol/L ( NH4) 3C6H5O7 extracting for 8 h, H2O extracting for 8 h, 1.0 mol/L HCl extracting for 8 h, and 1.0 mol/L NaOH extracting for 8 h. Under these conditions, the total content of active aluminum in Enteromorpha clathrata was ( 85 ± 3.9) mg/kg, accounting for 6.71% of the total aluminum. The total organic aluminum content was ( 1181 ± 24.7) mg/kg, which cannot be easily absorbed by human body, accounting for 93.29% of the total aluminum. This study provides a reference for scientific evaluation of edible safety of aluminum in Enteromorpha clathrata.
