响应面法优化内部沸腾法提取三七多糖

Conditions optimization of inner ebullition of polysaccharides from Radix Notoginseng by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 为了提高三七多糖相对提取率,采用响应面法对内部沸腾法提取三七多糖的条件进行了研究。选取对三七多糖相对提取率影响显著的3个因素(即提取温度、料液比、提取时间)进行单因素实验,确定了各因素最佳水平。在此基础上,运用Box-Behnken实验设计对提取条件进一步优化,建立了影响三七多糖相对提取率的二次多项式。得到最佳提取条件为:提取温度89℃、料液比1∶19、提取时间5min,在此条件下,三七多糖相对提取率可达84.86%。内部沸腾法是植物有效成分提取的一种安全、高效、简便的方法。 

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the relative extraction rate of polysaccharides from Radix Notoginseng (RNP) , the extraction conditions of inner ebullition of RNP was optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology (RSM) .The optimum level of extraction temperature, solid to liquid ratio and extraction time were determined by single factor experiment.Based on this, the second- order polynomial equation for RNP extraction was established by Box-Behnken design and RSM.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as followed:extraction temperature of 89℃, solid to liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 19, extraction time of 5min.Under the optimal extraction conditions, the relative extraction rate of RNP could reach 84.86%.Inner ebullition method is a safe, effective and simple method to extract effective components of plants.
