不同营养元素对甜玉米种子活力及抗氧化指标的影响

Effect of different nutrient elements on the seed vigor and antioxidation index in sweet corn

  • 摘要: 以超甜玉米种子为实验材料,探讨不同的营养元素对种子活力及抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,Mn2+、Zn2+、K+营养元素处理过的种子发芽势与对照相比均达到了显著差异;在0.1~10mmol/L的范围内,K+处理过的种子发芽率显著高于对照,Mn2+、K+浸种的种子发芽指数和活力指数均升高,Zn2+浸种的种子发芽指数和活力指数均降低;不同的营养元素处理后,甜玉米种子萌发的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性呈现先升高再下降的趋势,但不同的氧化酶对不同的营养元素敏感性不同;种子脱氢酶活性先升高再降低,其中,1.00mmol/LK+处理的种子脱氢酶酶活性最高,10.00mmol/LZn2+、Mn2+处理的种子脱氢酶酶活性最高。随着营养元素浓度的增加,甜玉米种子的MDA含量上升。 

     

    Abstract: Seed vigor and antioxidation index influenced by different nutrient elements were analysed on super sweet corn.The result showed that the germination potential were significant after Mn2+, Zn2+, K+ soaking and the seed germination rate was significant after K+ soaking and the germination and vigor index after Mn2+, K+ soaking were improved and the germination and vigor index after Zn2+ soaking were reduced.The SOD, POD, CAT activity of sweet corn in germination were firstly improved and then decreased which the concentration of different nutrient were 0.110mmol/L and the sensitivity of oxidase of different nutrients were different.The MDA contents of sweet corn were improved and the dethydrogenase activity was showed upward and then downward trend with increasing concentration which the dethydrogenase activity in 1.00mmol/L of K+ soaking and in 10.00mmol/L Zn2+, Mn2+ soaking were supreme.
