Research Progress in Glucose Enzyme-free Rapid Detection Technology

Glucose detection is particularly important in the food and medical industry. Electrochemical enzyme-free detection and visual detection are widely used in the food industry, biological detection, medical and health and other fields because of its fast, convenient measurement and simple operation. And it has become a hot topic for researchers. This paper summarizes the technology of enzyme-free fast glucose detection at home and abroad. The research progress of enzyme-free glucose sensing technology is reviewed. And the application of these technology is discussed.
