Abstract
The combination of phosphate-dissolving bacteria was screened to study the effect of combined multi-agents on the growth of pepper. 5 phosphate solubilizing bacteria(HSYQ18,SYC3,WS54、FWG2,SCPG-7)preserved in the laboratory were identified by morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical analysis, and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, screening for phosphate-dissolving bacteria combinations, characteristics of responsing to environmental factors, solubilizing phosphorus, secreting ferritin and indole acetic acid(IAA)were tested. The results showed that HSYQ18 was Serratia rubidaea,SYC3 belonged to Pantoaea dispersa, and WS54,FWG2 and SCPG-7 were Pseudomonas. Phospholytic bacteria combination WF542 had the ability to secrete ferritin and IAA. The phosphate-solubilizing bacteria combination WF542 was cultured in Pikovskaya inorganic phosphorus(PKO)medium for 96 h and the inorganic phosphorus concentration reached 530 mg/L. The optimum growth temperature of WF542 was 35 ℃,the combination WF542 could still grow at low temperature, and high temperature slowly. The combination WF542 could grow at pH5.5~8.0,the combination WF542 grew at concentration of NaCl 1%~7%,while had little growth when the concentration was over 9%.The combination of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and WF542 could effectively promote the growth of pepper seedlings. The combination of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphorus-dissolving bacteria WF542 could be used as microbial fertilizer in agricultural production, which could provide an important basis for the utilization of excellent phosphate-dissolving bacteria resources and green production of vegetables.
