Abstract
This paper studies active ingredients of food-borne found in recent years and their application in the development of the products for anti-motion fatigue,with a view to providing theoretical basis for the further selection of active ingredients from food sources for anti-motion fatigue and the research and development of active ingredients from natural food for anti-motion fatigue based on the common regulatory targets of energy metabolism and anti-oxidation.
