Abstract
In this study,1,10-decanediol was used as the research object. The anti quorum sensing activity of 1,10-decanediol was verified by the production of characteristic purple bacteriocin of purple bacterium CV026,and the inhibition effect of 1,10-decanediol on the colony induction and putrefaction of Aeromonas salmon were explored under the condition of sub bacteriostatic concentration. The results showed that 1,10-decanediol had a strong inhibitory effect on the extracellular protease activity, swarming and swimming motility, biofilm formation and other related corruption characteristics of Aeromonas salmon, and the inhibitory effect was enhanced in a concentration dependent manner. When the concentration of 1,10-decanediol was 0.4 mg/mL,the extracellular protease activity of Aeromonas salmon was obviously weakened, and its movement ability was also weakened, and the formation rate of biofilm reduced by 76.92%.The morphology of biofilm was observed by SEM,it was found that with the increasing of the concentration of 1,10-decanediol solution, the cracks on the biofilm surface would gradually increased until it completely cracked, and eventually the area of biofilm would decrease. It could be seen that 1,10-decanediol has a good effect of group induction inhibition, which can be used as a new quorum sensing inhibitor for preservation of aquatic products.
