Abstract
In order to explore the immunomodulatory effects of extracts from antler Ganoderma lucidum, selenium-enriched tea and Perilla frutescens, extracted respectively their active ingredients and the preparation process of compound antler Ganoderma lucidum tea granules was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. Then the normal BALB/c mice were selected as the research object to determine the effects of compound antler Ganoderma lucidum tea in the mouse cell, humoral immune regulation and macrophage phagocytosis in mice. The results showed that the best formula of compound antler Ganoderma lucidum tea granules was that the main grug was 0.38 g of crude polysaccharide antlers Ganoderma lucidum, 1.24 g of selenium-rich crude tea polyphenols and 33 mg of Perilla crude polyphenols, and the main drug to mannitol was 1:3, the ethanol concentration was 85%, and the povidone K30 content was 4%. The compound granules were uniform in size and color, and conformed to the indexes of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015). The compound antler Ganoderma lucidum tea could increase the secretion of cytokines IL-10, IL-2 and IFN-γ and humoral immune function of mice, and enhance the phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells by macrophages. It would provide a theoretical basis for the preparation and industrial production of compound antler Ganoderma lucidum tea.
