Abstract
In order to make out a simple and feasible way to remove residual pesticide in fruits, the effect of different washing detergents on levels of four pesticide residues in fruits were studied in the simulation system. By washing four kinds of pesticides in cherry tomato, plum and mare's milk grape with tap water, 2% salt water and 2% NaHCO3 aqueous solution respectively, the pesticide residues content in fruits was measured by gas chromatography. The results showed that the average elution rates of chlorothalonil by tap water, 2% salt water and 2% NaHCO3 aqueous solution were 32%, 49% and 48% respectively. The average removal rates of trichlorfon were 31%, 34% and 40% respectively. The average elution rates of chlorpyrifos were 20%, 36% and 33% respectively. The average elution rates of beta-cypemethrin were 6%, 8% and 16% respectively. The pesticide residues in fruits removal rates by tap water, 2% salt water and 2% NaHCO3 aqueous solution were 22%, 32% and 34% respectively. The effect of salt water and NaHCO3 aqueous solution were better than using tap water alone. So salt and NaHCO3 these two detergents could be used as effective methods to remove the pesticide residues in belt leather edible fruit in daily life.
