荞麦在食品相关领域研究态势分析

Analysis of the situation of buckwheat in food related field

  • 摘要: 基于WoS、CNKI数据库,通过科学计量学的方法,采集了1992~2016 年间荞麦研究相关的中外文文献,运用知识图谱分析了国内外荞麦研究进展,揭示了该领域发展脉络及知识结构、核心研究单位,总结了该领域研究现状、热点及发展趋势。以此为荞麦相关领域的科研工作者提供研究思路与方向,同时为科学管理者决策提供数据参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on WoS and CNKI database,the paper collected Chinese and foreign literatures related to buckwheat from 1992 to 2016 through the method of scientific metrology. Mapping Knowledge Domain Analysis is used to calculate buckwheat research progress both at home and abroad,reveals the development in this field and the knowledge structure,the core research unit,summarizes the research present situation,hotspots and developing trends of this field. This paper provided research ideas and directions for scientists in related fields of buckwheat,and provided data reference for scientific managers.
