人乳寡糖体外合成研究进展

Research progress of human milk oligosaccharides synthesis in vitro

  • 摘要: 人乳寡糖的益生作用被确定之后,其合成方法的研究也受到越来越多的重视。本文将人乳寡糖(HMOs)的合成方法分为化学法和生物法,详细阐述了每种合成方法的研究进展,并分析了其优劣势。通过对人乳寡糖合成方法的深入了解,将为实现人乳寡糖的工业化生产奠定坚实的基础。

     

    Abstract: After the probiotic function of human milk oligosaccharides(HMOs)was illustrated,the synthetic methods had received more and more attention. The synthetic methods of HMOs were divided into chemical method and biological method in this review. Besides,the research progress,pros and cons of the methods were illustrated and evaluated. The insight into the synthetic methods would lay the foundation for the industrial production of HMOs.
