Abstract:
Two magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers which used tyramine as template molecule were successfully prepared. The magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were modified with carboxymethyl dextran and silane coupling agent, respectively. The characterization results of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) indicated that the two magnetic nanoparticles were successfully produced. Adsorption equilibrium test showed that the adsorption capacity of the dex-MMIPs reached the binding equilibrium within 20 min while the MPS-MMIPs need 60 min. The Q
m of two MMIPs were 7.4 and 6.4 mg·g
-1, respectively. The above results showed that the synthesized dex-MMIPs had better adsorption and mass transfer efficiency than that of the MPS-MMIPs.
