Abstract:
To explore the optimal extraction conditions of soluble calcium in rainbow trout(
Oncorhynchus mykiss)bone. The response value of the extraction yield of soluble calcium based on the single element trials, using response surface methodology Box-Behnken center composite design experiment to estimate the optimization effect of three factors such as chroma of muriatic acid, extraction temperature and extraction time. Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of soluble calcium in rainbow trout(
Oncorhynchus mykiss)bone were as follows:Chroma of muriatic acid 3.4(mol/L),extraction temperature 52 ℃ and extraction time 2.1 h. On these conditions, the mean extraction yield of soluble calcium was 28.45%,closed to model predictive value(28.68%).
