响应面法优化虹鳟鱼骨中可溶性钙提取工艺

Optimization of Soluble Calcium Extraction Process from Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)Bone by Response Surface Methodology

  • 摘要: 研究旨在探索虹鳟鱼骨中可溶性钙的最优提取工艺。以可溶性钙的提取率为响应值,基于单因素实验基础上运用响应面Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理评估盐酸浓度(mol/L)、提取温度(℃)和提取时间(h)三因素的优化效果。结果表明,虹鳟鱼骨中可溶性钙的最佳提取工艺为:盐酸浓度3.4 (mol/L)、提取温度52 ℃、提取时间2.1 h,在此条件下得可溶性钙提取率为28.45%,与模型预测值(28.68%)接近。

     

    Abstract: To explore the optimal extraction conditions of soluble calcium in rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)bone. The response value of the extraction yield of soluble calcium based on the single element trials,using response surface methodology Box-Behnken center composite design experiment to estimate the optimization effect of three factors such as chroma of muriatic acid,extraction temperature and extraction time. Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of soluble calcium in rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)bone were as follows:Chroma of muriatic acid 3.4(mol/L),extraction temperature 52 ℃ and extraction time 2.1 h. On these conditions,the mean extraction yield of soluble calcium was 28.45%,closed to model predictive value(28.68%).
