Abstract:
The technology for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of
Canarium album was optimized by response surface methodology in order to increase development and utilization value of the total flavonoids and the leaves of
C. album. On the basis of the 5 single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimum technique were as follows:Ultrasonic power 285 W, ethanol concentration 80%, extraction time 40 min, extracting temperature 51℃ and liquid to solid 25:1 (mL/g). Under the above conditions, the total flavonoids yield of the leaves of
C. album was 5.83%, which had 2.64% of the relative error to the model predictive yield. The optimum technology was simple and efficient, there was an important theoretical reference for industrial exploitation of the total flavonoids and widely exploitation and utilization of the leaves of
C. album resource.
