Advances in research on the detection of peanut allergens, desensitized process and therapy

  • 摘要: 花生过敏在世界范围内的发病率较高,目前尚无有效治疗方法。本文对花生过敏原检测、降敏加工方法进行综述,同时对尚处于研究阶段的花生过敏治疗方法进行整理,为低致敏花生制品的开发及脱敏方法的有效建立提供参考。 
    Abstract: The morbidity of peanut allergy around the world is relatively high, and for now there is no effective treatment.In this paper, the allergen detection and desensitization processing methods were reviewed.Desensitization and treatment methods were also reviewed in this paper, which would provide reference for the development of low-sensitized peanut products and desensitization methods.
