Study on ~1H-NMR fingerprinting of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle

摘要: 建立佛手的氢核磁共振(1H-NMR)指纹图谱,为判别不同来源的佛手药材及其质量提供依据。利用核磁共振仪测定不同产地的佛手,对NMR数据分别进行相似度法、聚类分析和主成分分析法评价。结果表明:金佛手和川佛手的相关系数均在0.95以上,而与广佛手的相似度较低,相关系数均在0.86以下;金佛手和川佛手中的柠檬内酯相对含量要比广佛手多;聚类分析结果也说明广佛手与金佛手及川佛手能够明显分开,而金佛手与川佛手比较相似;主成分分析得到四个主成分,其累计贡献率达到95.352%。该方法可以快速简便地区分不同品种的佛手,可为佛手的质量控制及使用提供参考。

Abstract: To provide the base for distinguishing Citrus medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from different regions and quality evaluation, the ~1H-NMR fingerprint analysis of C.medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle was established.The samples collected from diverse geographical locations were determined by the ~1H-NMR method. The NMR data was evaluated by the methods of similarity analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The experimental results showed that the similarity value was above 0.95 between C. medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from Jinhua and C. medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from Sichuan.However, the similarity value was with under 0.86 between C. medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from Jinhua and C.medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from Guangdong. The relative component of limettin in C. medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from Jinhua and Sichuan were greater than that of C.medica L.Var.sarcodactylis Swingle from Guangdong. The result of cluster analysis also showed C. medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from Guangdong was different from the C. medica L. var.sarcodactylis Swingle from Jinhua and Sichuan, but the C. medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle from Jinhua was similar to the C.medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle from Sichuan. According to the principal components analysis, four principal components was obtained, and the contribution rate of accumulative total of variance of the four factors was 95.352%.The established method was a quick, simple and useful for distinguishing different species and assessment of the quality of the C.medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle.-
