CirQ-Life糖衡素胶囊辅助降糖降脂及急性毒性实验研究

Study of Cir Q- Life suga balanz capsule on decreasing levels of blood glucose,serum lipid and acute toxicity

  • 摘要: 目的:观察Cir Q-Life糖衡素(CSB)胶囊对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠辅助降糖降脂功能及急性毒性。方法:采用高脂高糖饲料喂养结合小剂量链脲佐菌素腹注,复制T2DM模型。SD大鼠按空腹血糖和给2.5 g/kg葡萄糖后0.5 h血糖值分成阴性组、模型组和低、中、高(75、150、300 mg/kg·BW)3个CSB胶囊组。3个剂量组每天灌胃CSB,5周后检测大鼠空腹血糖、糖耐量、血脂、血清胰岛素;采用最大耐受量法(MTD),观察其急性毒性。结果:与模型组比较,CSB胶囊高剂量组可明显降低大鼠空腹血糖(p<0.05),糖耐量虽有一定的改善,但差异无统计学意义;对血清胰岛素及胆固醇水平无影响,但CSB胶囊三个剂量组均能使血清甘油三酯显著降低(p<0.05)。CSB胶囊一次性灌胃给样,对小鼠MTD>26.0 g/kg·BW,为无毒级物质。结论:CSB胶囊具有辅助性降血糖及降低甘油三酯的作用。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the assistant effects of Cir Q- Life suga balanz( CSB) capsules on decreasing the levels of blood glucose and serum lipid in type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM) rats and acute toxicity in mice.Methods:T2DM models were built with the method of higher lipid and sugar diets and injection of a low dose of streptozotocin.Rats were divided into normal group,model group and the low,middle,high dose( 75,150,300 mg · kg- 1·BW) of CSB capsules groups.Three dose groups rats were administrated with CSB capsules per day for 5 weeks.The fasting blood glucose( FBG),serum lipid,serum insulin( INS) were tested. The acute toxicity of CSB capsules was investigated by the maximum toxicity dose( MTD) method. Result: Compared with model group,the FBG in high dose of CSB capsules group was decreased significantly( p < 0.05),and the glucose tolerance presents showed certain changes,but the difference was not statistically significant.The serum INS levels and serum cholesterol( TC) levels did not significantly change,but the serum triglyceride( TG) was reduced obviously( p < 0.05) in three dose of CSB capsules groups compared to the model group. The daily MTD of CSB capsules in mice was26.0 g / kg·BW which was innocuous substance.Conclusion: CSB capsules has assistant effects for decreasing levels of FBG and TG in T2 DM rats.
