Electronic nose for physicochemical indexes characterization during litchi's mature period

  • 摘要: 探究了采用电子鼻表征荔枝成熟过程中理化参数变化的可行性。在分别获取不同成熟阶段果园荔枝的电子鼻响应参数和理化特征参数后,对荔枝成熟阶段与电子鼻响应数据之间的关系、荔枝成熟阶段与理化参数之间的关系以及电子鼻响应数据与理化特征之间的关系进行了分析。实验结果表明,随着荔枝不断成熟,电子鼻响应特征逐渐增大。荔枝理化特征在成熟阶段s5之前均呈上升的趋势,s5到s6阶段除L*值与b*值略有减小外,其余理化指标均有所增加且部分理化指标变化在成熟过程中存在一定的线性关系。采用电子鼻传感器响应值建立理化特征表征模型能够较好地对各项理化指标进行表征,R~2均大于0.9。实验验证了采用电子鼻表征荔枝成熟过程中理化参数变化的可行性,为今后机器识别方法在果园果实成熟度监测以及水果品质检测的应用提供参考。 
    Abstract: This paper explored the feasibility of using electronic nose express the physicochemical indexes during litchi's mature period. After acquired litchi's electronic nose response feature and physicochemical indexes,then the relationship between litchi mature stage and electronic nose response feature,relationship between litchi mature stage and physicochemical indexes,relationship between litchi electronic nose response feature and physicochemical indexes had been analyzed. The experimental results showed that with the maturing of litchi,electronic nose response feature increased gradually. The physicochemical indexes increased gradually before mature stage s5. except L* value and b* value had light decrease,during s5 to s6,other physicochemical indexes were all increased. There were linear relationships between part physicochemical indexes. Using electronic nose sampling value built up the characterization model for physicochemical index representation,their R2 were all bigger than 0.9,which had good characterization effect. The experiment proved the feasibility of using electronic nose express the physicochemical indexes during litchi's mature period. The experimental results provide reference for using machine recognition methods for mature stage monitoring in orchard and fruit quality detection.
