超声波辅助提取川明参挥发油及化学成分的GC-MS分析

  • 摘要: 为研究川明参提取工艺及化学成分,在单因素实验基础上,利用Box-Behnken设计原理和响应面分析方法,确定超声波辅助提取川明参挥发油的最优工艺,并利用GC-MS技术对川明参的挥发油成分进行鉴定。结果表明:川明参挥发油超声辅助提取的最佳工艺条件为:液料比8∶1(m L/g)、超声功率175W、超声时间28min。在此工艺条件下得率为2.213%±0.042%。在川明参挥发油中共检测出76种成分,鉴定并确定出其中42种化合物,被鉴定物质相对含量占挥发油总量的97.37%。本方法可为川明参的进一步开发和利用提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: To study the extraction and analysis of chemical constituents in volatile oil from Chuanminshen violaceum, the volatile oil of from Chuanminshen violaceum was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method and its chemical composition was analyzed by GC-MS. On the basis of single factor experiments, a polynomial regression model was fitted by means of Box-Behnken design. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:liquid to solid ratio 8∶1 (m L/g) , ultrasonic power 175 W, and ultrasonic time 28 min. Under the conditions, the extraction yield of volatile oil reached 2.213%±0.042%. A total of 76 compounds were detected in the volatile oil, of which 42 were identified, accounting for 97.37% of the total volatile compounds. This study could provide useful references for the development and exploitation of Chuanminshen violaceum.
