Abstract:
The ultrasonic extraction technology of polysaccharides and D-mannitol was optimized by response surface methodology at room temperature. The polysaccharides and D-mannitol were extracted by water from the solid fermentation culture of Ophiocordyceps lanpingensis anamorph(Hirsutella lanpingensis). On the basis of single factor ultrasonic extraction in water at room temperature, the effects of ultrasonic time, ratio of liquid to material and ultrasonic power were investigated to extract polysaccharides and D-mannitol,and the technology was optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum technology was as follows:the liquid-solid ratio 43∶1m L/g,extraction time 50 min,and extraction power 56 W. Under the conditions, the extraction rates of polysaccharides and D-mannitol were 23.06% and 2.30%,respectively.
