Abstract:
The response surface methodology was used to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of rutin from Aralia elata var.inermis. Based on single factor tests,a central composite design experiment was conducted and the response surface analysis was employed to investigate the influence of three factors including concentration of ethanol, the extraction of time, and solid liquid ratio on the yield of rutin and then a quadratic regression model was established. The best concentration of ethanol, the extraction of time, and solid liquid ratio were 76%,54 min,57∶1m L/g,under which the predicted yield of rutin extraction from leaves of Aralia elata var.inermis with the optimized procedure was 2.222mg/g,and the practical yield of rutin was 2.187mg/g.
