高效液相色谱法检测不溶性聚乙烯聚吡咯烷酮中N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮残留量

Determination of residues of NVP in PVPP by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了液相色谱法测定不溶性聚乙烯聚吡咯烷酮(PVPP)中N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)残留量的检测方法。样品采用水提取,紫外检测器分析,检测波长为235nm,流动相为乙腈∶水(10∶90,V/V)。结果表明:NVP在0.0251.0μg/m L的浓度范围内具有良好的线性,线性相关系数为0.9999,方法的定量限为1.0mg/kg,回收率为96.0%103.0%,相对标准偏差为1.06%2.64%,该方法操作简便,分离效果好,回收率和精密度均能达到分析要求。 

     

    Abstract: Reverse high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of NVP in PVPP. The Sample were extracted by water and analyzed by using UV detector at 235 nm. The liquid phase was acetonitrile/water(10∶90). The experimental results showed that the linear range of NVP was 0.025~1.0μg/m L,Correlative coefficient was 0.9999. The limit of quantitation was 1.0mg/kg,the average recoveries were 96.0%~103.0%,the coefficient of variation were 1.06%~2.64%. This method showed simple,good separation effect and high recoveries and precision met the demand of analysis.
