响应面法优化牛膝中齐墩果酸超声波辅助提取工艺

Optimization of ultrasonic assisted extraction of oleanolic acid from achyranthes by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 以牛膝为原料,以齐墩果酸提取得率为指标,采用超声波辅助提取牛膝中齐墩果酸。分别研究了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间对齐墩果酸提取得率的影响,通过响应面实验优化了提取工艺。结果表明,齐墩果酸提取的较佳工艺条件是:乙醇浓度70%,提取时间20min,料液比(w/v)1∶20。在此条件下,齐墩果酸的提取含量为11.14mg/g。 

     

    Abstract: Oleanolic acid was extracted from achyranthes root by ultrasonic assisted extraction. The effects of ethanol concentration,solid- liquid ratio,and extraction time on the extraction yield of oleanolic acid were investigated.The extraction technology was optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of oleanolic acid were as follows: ethanol concentration was 70%,extraction time was 20 min,and solid- liquid ratio was 1 ∶20. Under above conditions,the extraction yield of oleanolic acid reached11.14 mg / g.
