Effects of different extraction technologies on the extraction yield for Ledum Ursolic acid

  • 摘要: 为了研究不同提取方法对杜香中熊果酸提取得率的影响。本文通过超声波辅助提取、室温提取、闪式提取等几种方法提取杜香熊果酸,比较不同提取条件下熊果酸的提取得率,观察经过以上提取后杜香料渣表面结构的改变情况,并分析了料渣表面结构的改变和熊果酸提取得率的关系。结果表明,室温提取24h、超声30min和闪式提取3min所得提取得率依次为0.58%、0.83%和1.18%。从物料表面结构看,物料破碎越严重,提取得率越大,同时杂质也越多。几种方法对物料的破碎大小依次为闪式提取、超声波辅助提取、常温浸提。从熊果酸提取得率来看,闪式提取法优于超声法,闪式提取3min为宜。 
    Abstract: To study the effects of different extraction technologies on the extraction rates of Ursolic Acid from Lduem. Ursolic Acid was extracted by ultrasonic treatment, extraction in room temperature for 24 h and flash extraction.The extraction rates and the changes of the surface structure of Ursolic Acid after treated by the three above- mentioned extraction methods were investigated, while the relationships between the changes and the extraction rates of Ursolic Acid were analyzed. The results showed that the extraction rates of Ursolic Acid by ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, extraction in room temperature for 24 h and flash extraction for 3minutes were in order of 0.58%, 0.83% and 1.18%. From the structure of the surface material, more serious of the crushing of material, extraction rate was higher, and more impurities.The order of the fragmentation degree of the material was flash extraction, ultrasonic treatment and extraction in room temperature. Therefore, from the point of Ursolic Acid extraction rate, flash extraction was superior to ultrasonic treatment and flash extraction for 3 minutes was appropriate.
