药用空心胶囊中铬元素的测定研究

Study on determination of chromium in medicianl hollow capsules

  • 摘要: 采用微波消解法对药用空心胶囊进行前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)和石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)测定药用空心胶囊中铬的含量,同时对两种方法进行比较。分析研究表明,两种方法加标回收率均在96.4%105.6%之间,相对标准偏差≤5.7%,检出限分别为0.083、0.030μg·L-1,回归方程系数均大于0.999,两种方法均具有良好的准确度和灵敏度。但ICP-MS法操作简单,能够提高工作效率,抗干扰方面明显优于石墨炉原子吸收。 

     

    Abstract: The methods of GFAAS and ICP- MS for determination of Cr in medicinal hollow capsules were established. The samples were digested by microwave digestion comparing the two methods at the same time.The recoveries varied from 96.4% to 105.6%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5.7%.The correlation coefficients for the standard curves of the two methods were greater than 0.999 with the detection limits of 0.083μg·L-1and 0.030μg·L-1respectively. The ICP-MS method was more simple and practical with time saving and high efficiency.
