Abstract:
Cr (VI) in tap water was measured by the diffusive gradients in thin-films (DGT) technique using0.05mol/L poly quaternary ammonium salt (PQAS) solution as binding phase (PQAS DGT) . The recoveries of Cr (VI) in prepared solutions measured by PASP DGT were 93.5%
102.4% with relative standard deviation (RSD) 2.25%
4.33%. The concentration of Cr (VI) in tap water measured by PQAS DGT was 2.68
3.45g/L with recoveries of 94.7%
102.6%. The method detect limit for PQAS DGT was 0.065g/L (deployment time 48h) .Therefore, PQAS DGT could be used to measure trace Cr (VI) and gave an early alarm in tap water.
