车前草多糖微波提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction of polysaccharide from Plantago asiatica L.using microwave-assisted extraction

  • 摘要: 为探讨车前草多糖提取率的影响因素,本实验利用微波辅助提取法,以车前草多糖提取率为指标,通过对料液比、微波功率、微波处理时间、浸提温度进行单因素实验,并在此基础上进行正交实验。结果表明,影响车前草多糖提取率的因素顺序为:微波处理时间>料液比>浸提温度>微波功率。车前草多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶25(g/mL)、微波功率为450W、微波处理时间4min、浸取温度为70℃。在此条件下,车前草多糖的提取率为9.41%±0.23%。该法提取的车前草多糖提取率高,且节省时间。 

     

    Abstract: To explore the influence factors impacting extraction rate of polysaccharide from Plantago asiatica L., the optimal extraction conditions using microwave-assisted extraction were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment, which included the solid-liquid ratio, microwave power, microwave-heating time and extraction temperature from the point of extraction rate of polysaccharide. The results showed that the effect of the factors impacting extraction rate of polysaccharide was in the order as microwave-heating time >solid-liquid ratio>extraction temperature>microwave power. The optimal conditions were as follows:the 1∶25 (g/mL) ratio of solid-liquid, microwave power was 450 W, extracting at 70℃ for 4min. The maximum amounts of polysaccharide 9.41% ±0.23% were obtained under these conditions. The method had higher rate on the extraction of polysaccharide from Plantago asiatica L. and could save the time.
